Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

All the protein in this fall smoothie originates from oats and Greek yogurt, however, canned pumpkin purée is the key to its pumpkin season, Think of this as a more advantageous, drinkable adaptation of a definitive fall dessert. 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 



1/2 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt 



1/2cup canned pumpkin 



1/3 glass moved oats 



2 teaspoons maple syrup 



1/2 tablespoons common almond margarine



1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie flavor 



1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 



1 squeeze salt 



Instruction:

In a blender, puree all fixings until smooth. 

Serve promptly, or refrigerate until prepared to serve.
